Vaulte Media LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates AgentMemo ("the Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use the Service. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

We collect information you provide directly to us: • Account information: email address associated with your API key • Payment information: billing details processed by NOWPayments (we do not store card or crypto wallet data directly) • Usage data: memories stored, queries made, and other interactions with the Service We also collect information automatically: • Log data: IP addresses, request timestamps, HTTP methods, and response codes • API usage: tool calls made, memory counts, and recall counts per organization

We use the information we collect to: • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service • Process transactions and send related information • Enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse • Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve the Service • Respond to your comments, questions, and requests • Send administrative communications (e.g., security notices, billing updates) We do not use your stored memory content for AI training, advertising, or any purpose beyond delivering the Service to you.

Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL with pgvector), hosted in the United States. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed API keys, and access controls. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you terminate your account or request deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, compliance, or fraud prevention purposes.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with: • Service providers: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), NOWPayments (billing), OpenAI (embedding generation), Anthropic (AI processing) — solely for providing the Service • Legal requirements: if required by law, court order, or governmental authority • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets All third-party service providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and are prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

When you use the remember tool, content is sent to Anthropic's API for fact extraction and to OpenAI's API for embedding generation. This processing is subject to Anthropic's and OpenAI's respective privacy policies. We do not send your data to AI providers for training purposes; we use their inference APIs only.

The AgentMemo dashboard uses a single session cookie ("ds_session") for authentication. This cookie is: • HTTP-only and not accessible to JavaScript • Session-bound and expires after 7 days • Used solely to maintain your authenticated session We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics that identify individual users.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: • Access the personal information we hold about you • Request correction of inaccurate data • Request deletion of your data • Object to or restrict certain processing • Data portability To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@pulso-ai.com. The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
